However, I’m going to be a killjoy and remind you that Steve is not the first “player”. Steve becomes mortal after the enderdragon is slain, and the new dragon rises with the new Player in a never-ending cycle. (I’m partially deriving this from the text at the ending of Minecraft)
Since Herobrine takes the form of the current Player, he’s been everything from big burly dudes to tiny fair girls. He’s “reborn” every time, starting as an infant, and grows along with the Player until they slay the dragon. Then he takes a new form.
Who knows? When Steve kills the dragon, Herobrine might come back as a cute little girl. An EVIL cute little girl…]]
